Oh these little gum drops. These two tiny confections. Custom made for a SPLENDID (if I may say so myself) baby shower gift. Twin BOY AND GIRL! 

Apparently mamma likes muted tones, anything nautical and is having an Alice in Wonderland themed shower. Seersucker. Duh. 

I can hardly stand these yellow paper flowers. I sort of want an entire hat dripping with them. 

 Every little thing I do is girly girly girly so creating a hat for a baby boy to match was challenging. After trying 36 different things I went to my trusty buttons!! Love the pops of turquoise with the green and yellow.

Alice in Wonderland Engagement Photos

I don't even know how to start this post! Anna found me online to have custom bridal party mini top hats made. It may have been the fact that she wanted them in turquoise, hot pink, orange and green that made me fall in love with her. But, we were instant friends. We had a blast talking about her Mad Hatter themed wedding. Coming up with crazy ideas and gushing over things like tea sets. She is salt of the earth, writer of hand written notes, encouraging beyond measure and truly the type of person you want on your side.

...And beautiful to top it off! After she received her bridal party hats, we went on to make her a black mini top hat and hair bow for her Alice in Wonderland Engagement session. Complete with croquet mallets, tutus, striped socks and her friend's rabbit, these photos are such such such a treat. Courtesy of her equally awesome photographer Courtney Reece.

We have all seen flowers in tea cups and luscious candy bars for guests, but this shower takes the cake! So elegant and tasteful. The burnt oranges, greens and yellows are so unexpected for a baby shower, but once you're going Mad Hatter Style - anything goes!
